نمنح عملاءنا حرية استبدال المجوهرات بقطعة أخرى خلال مدة تصل إلى سنتين من تاريخ الشراء، مما يضمن لهم مرونة أكبر في الاختيار.

• يحق للعميل استبدال القطعة في أي وقت خلال السنتين مع الحصول على خصم 30% من قيمتها عند اختيار قطعة جديدة.
• يشترط إحضار الفاتورة الأصلية عند طلب الاستبدال.
• يجب أن تكون القطعة المراد استبدالها بحالتها الأصلية، دون أي فقدان في أجزائها،.

حرصًا على الجودة والتزامًا بأنظمة وزارة التجارة، لا يُقبل استرجاع المجوهرات إلا إذا كان هناك خلل مصنعي في المنتج.

• في حال وجود خلل، يجب إخطارنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام القطعة، مع إمكانية إرجاعها من خلال 24ساعه أحد فروع مجوهرات بن طالب أو عبر التواصل مع الإدارة لمعالجة المشكلة.
• يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية، مع إرفاق جميع الملحقات والشهادات الخاصة به.
• لا يمكن قبول استرجاع القطع التي تعرضت للخدوش أو التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام، أو إذا لم تكن مطابقة لشروط الاستخدام السليم.
• يحق لـ مجوهرات بن طالب الموافقة أو رفض طلب الاسترجاع بناءً على المعايير المعتمدة لدينا.

Exchange Policy – Baby Bin Talib Jewellery

At Bin Taleb Jewellery, we offer our customers the flexibility to exchange their jewellery for another piece within a period of up to two years from the date of purchase, ensuring greater freedom of choice.

• Customers are entitled to exchange the item at any time within the two-year period and receive a 30% deduction from the original value when selecting a new piece.
• The original invoice must be presented when requesting an exchange.
• The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition, with no missing parts or damage.

Return Policy – Bin Taleb Jewellery

In accordance with quality standards and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect.

• If a defect is found, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. The product may be returned within 24 hours to one of Bin Taleb Jewellery branches, or by contacting the management to resolve the issue.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all accessories and certificates.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that show scratches, damage caused by misuse, or that do not comply with proper usage conditions.
• Bin Taleb Jewellery reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on our approved evaluation criteria.
